Multiple graded stakes winner TYSON (Tapit), who finished fifth at 3-to-5 in the Autumn Stakes (G2) last weekend at Woodbine, emerged from the race with a minor injury according to owner John Sikura.

“He banged his sesamoid hard but fortunately there is no fracture,” said Sikura. “He threw his head up in the air [in the race] when that happened and then was done.”

Tyson had been entered in the upcoming Keeneland Horses of Racing Age Sale but has been scratched and the grey colt will race at Woodbine in 2024.
