Over 500 items are up for auction in the Race to History Auction, put on by Graham Budd auctioneers in partnership with Weatherbys. The auction will be held in the John Lambton Room, National Horse Racing Museum, Palace Street, Newmarket, UK, CB8 8EP, at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, November 13th. Graham Budd auctions are held as livestream webcasts that can be accessed globally; pre-registration is required. Telephone bidding can also be arranged.
The auction is a large collection of horse racing memorabilia including art works and sculptures, race cards and race badges, trophies and awards, equipment and silks. There are famous horseshoes, locks of famous horsehair and saddled towels, plus books.
