Ottawa, Ontario—Equine Canada would like to inform the equine community about a seminar regarding biosecurity and risk management for horse farms on Tuesday, April 22, at the Ontario Veterinary College (OVC), in Guelph, ON.
Learn how to protect your horse by managing health and reducing risks on your farm. Topics to be covered include biosecurity and risk management, role of vaccines and an update on Equine Herpes Virus (EHV) concerns. A question/answer session is planned with Dr. Dan Kenney, Ontario Veterinary College. Those attending this seminar will be given the tools to have a positive impact on the health of their horses by implementing risk management on their farms. This seminar is proudly co-sponsored by Equine Guelph and the OVC Veterinary Teaching Hospital.
