TORONTO, December 1, 2006 – At a meeting of the Board of Directors of Woodbine Entertainment Group today, Mr. Clay Horner was elected Vice-Chairman and Mr. Nick Eaves was elected a Director of the Corporation and appointed President and Chief Operating Officer.
In his new position, Mr. Eaves will report directly to Mr. David Willmot, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
A member of the Woodbine Management Team for twelve years, Mr. Eaves most recently held the position of Senior Vice President.
