Starting in March 2020, the AGCO will no longer be accepting paper applications for horse racing-related licences and registrations. After setting up an account, licensees will be required to conduct all of their transactions with the AGCO online. This includes horsepersons (e.g. owners, trainers, grooms, jockeys, drivers, association officials, tradespersons, and veterinarians) as well as racetracks, fairs, teletheatres, and pari-mutuel operators wishing to apply for claiming certificates, estate/trust and stable licences, TB/QH leases, partnership registrations, etc.
The online portal, iAGCO, will provide an easy, convenient way to apply for, change and renew your horse racing-related licences and registrations anytime from anywhere. More information on how to set up an account and manage your licences and registrations will be provided closer to the implementation date. You can also learn more about iAGCO Online Services here.
