The owner's appeal to have H C Holiday's placing and purse reinstated from a race last June has been granted by The Horse Racing Appeal Panel.

"They jerked us around for a year only to tell us that we have no right to appeal," said disappointed trainer Nick Nosowenko.
The AGCO will implement the CPMA decision to lower the thresholds for total carbon dioxide for horses registered in the EIPH program.
