Following a strong start to the 2025 live racing season, Assiniboia Downs is excited to announce that the guaranteed Pick 4 pool will double to $50,000 every race day, effective immediately.
The increased guarantee comes on the heels of a series of player-focused improvements, including a significant reduction in takeout rates. All wagering pools at Assiniboia Downs now feature takeouts under 20%, placing them among the lowest in the industry—a move that has been enthusiastically received by the track’s loyal horseplayers.

Live racing continues Tuesdays and Wednesdays. There will also be racing on select Mondays beginning June 2, 2025. The first race goes off at 7:30 p.m. CST / 8:30 p.m. EST.
