CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR HORSES CONSIGNED BY HOLE IN THE WALL GANG

All horses consigned by the Hole in the Wall Gang are being sold without reserve. As a Condition of Sale for horses purchased without reserve from the Hole in the Wall Gang, the papers will remain in the Race Office at Hastings Racecourse for the duration of the 2020 racing season at Hastings. As a Condition of Sale, the purchaser undertakes to race the horse exclusively at Hastings Racecourse for the duration of the 2020 season

The horses in the Hole in the Wall Gang consignment were purchased with funds provided by the BC Horse Racing Industry Management Committee for the purpose of directly enhancing the horse population at Hastings Racecourse and as such, are currently owned by the Industry.
