Rexdale, ON – The election for the 2007-2008 Provincial Directors of the Canadian Thoroughbred Horse Society (Ontario Division) took place on Wednesday, December 6th, 2006. Eleven members were elected onto the Board of Directors, representing four zones within Ontario.
The CTHS welcomes the following 2007-2008 Board of Directors:

- Dr. John Brown – Zone 1
- John Burness – Zone 4
- Mark Casse – Zone 3
- Frank Di Giulio, Jr. – Zone 3
- Richard Lister – Zone 4
- Tim Orlando – Zone 3
- Yvonne Schwabe – Zone 2
- R. Glenn Sikura – Zone 4
- Gail Wood – Zone 2

The 129-day Woodbine meeting begins this weekend with a couple of good stakes races and a ceremony for the community garden.
Derby and Oaks horses were out and about at Churchill Downs on April 24, including a stamina-type work for Forever Young.
