Elajjud, by Dayjur out of Aisha, by Alydar, was humanely euthanized the morning of March 18th, 2007 after an apparent paddock accident.
Following a year where Elujjud had been one of the leading stallion in Canada in several important categories it comes as a devastating blow to say the least.
“He was a beautiful animal and a true ‘friend’ and I will miss him immensely,†said Dr. John Brown of Spring Farm. “I hope his offspring that are still racing and those yet to come will reward those who had faith and who supported him.â€
