The Grade 1 winning filly GOT STORMY, owned by Gary Barber and trained by Mark Casse will be heavily favoured based on her scintillating course-record win in the Fourstardave Stakes at Saratoga in her latest start. Of course Casse sent the fabulous filly Tepin to win the 2016 Mile.

Second favourite is RAGING BULL, who chased the filly in her Fourstardave victory and he is one of two in the field for one of the world’s top trainers, Chad Brown.

Brown also entered MADE YOU LOOK on Wed. morning and that horse’s owned, Three Chimneys Farm, put up $20,000 to supplement the son of More Than Ready.

The current forecast shows an 80% chance of rain both Thursday and Friday, with the latter day having up to 15 mm of rain.
Race day, Saturday, is expected to be 23 Celcius and partly sunny.

Post time for the first race Saturday is 1:05 and the WOODBINE MILE goes at about 5:42 p.m.
