WorkWize Stables in Acme, Alberta, have announced the birth of a colt and a filly, both born on a sunny and unseasonably warm Feb. 26th and sired by their Thoroughbred stallion Fight On (by Into Mischief) who entered his first year at stud in 2024. Fight On, a graded stakes-placed stakes winner of over $490,000, is the only son of Into Mischief standing in western Canada. These are his first foals.

The colt is out of WorkWize Stables’ winning mare American Bourbon, sired by American Pharoah. This is her second foal; her first foal, Foolish Pharoah, sired by Tour De Force, is a two-year-old who is entering spring training at Bar None Ranches.
The filly, who was born at Stone Ranches near Madden, AB, is out of the mare Sesame (by First Samurai) and this is her first foal. She is bred and owned by Craig Smith.
WorkWize Stables have been breeding, racing and selling Thoroughbreds for eight years. The farm stands three stallions: FIGHT ON (Into Mischief), MALIBU MAX (Malibu Moon) and TOUR DE FORCE (Tiznow). Tour de Force’s oldest foals are three-year-olds that will be running this year.
