Horse Racing Hall of Fame Tickets Now on Sale

Toronto, ON – Enjoy a night of excitement at the 2009 Canadian Horse Racing Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony & Fundraising Dinner as the newest Hall of Fame Members are honoured and celebrated.

The 2009 Induction Ceremony & Fundraising Dinner will take place at the Mississauga Convention Centre on Thursday, August 27th, 2009.

This year’s Ceremony will celebrate the induction of standardbred inductees Rich N Elegant, Somebeachsomewhere and Keith Clark along with thoroughbred counterparts Alywow, La Voyageuse, Maryfield, Peteski, and Gustav Schickedanz.

The Hall of Fame welcomes Jim Bannon as Master of Ceremonies and guest speaker Derek Edwards, whose award-winning stand-up comedy has made him the hottest comedy property in Canada.

The evening entails a reception and silent auction commencing at 5:30 p.m. and ceremonial dinner at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are now on sale and cost $150 per person or $1500 for a table sponsorship. All proceeds to benefit the Hall of Fame.
