The Canadian Thoroughbred Horse Society (Ontario) Board of Directors announced April 6 that after 29 years, Julie Coulter has decided to resign as General Manager of CTHS (Ontario). Julie Coulter has accepted the position of General Manager of the National Office of the Canadian Thoroughbred Society National Office, effective July 1, 2023.
Julie has served as the face of the CTHS Ontario Division since she joined in 1994. She will bring a wealth of insight and knowledge to the National GM position previously held by Caitlin Grguric. Julie has achieved many admirable accomplishments during her time with the Ontario Thoroughbred Breeders Organization through her tireless dedication and commitment to assisting Ontario breeders and ensuring the success of our annual sales.
Ontario Thoroughbred horse breeders and the CTHS Ontario Board of Directors, thank Julie for her years of service and wish her well in her future endeavors. “Julie’s in depth knowledge of the registration processes and regulations will prove invaluable to the Breeders within Canada” commented Peter Berringer, President CTHS Ontario Division. “Julie will have the benefit of leveraging her many years of experience in her new role.
