A total of 16 three-year old thoroughbreds were nominated for the 85th running of the Canadian Derby presented by CIBC. A maximum of 12 horses will be eligible to compete at the Canadian Derby on Saturday, August 16, 2014 at Northlands Park Racetrack & Casino.
