Woodbine Entertainment opened the newly redesigned Finish Line O&T Lounge October 14 at Woodbine Racetrack.

The former Finish Line Bar, located on the second level of the Grandstand right at the wire, has been transformed into an exclusive lounge for owners, trainers and assistant trainers to meet, strategize and celebrate. The new area is exclusive for owners, trainers and assistant trainers only during live race days.

“The new Finish Line O&T Lounge is part of Woodbine’s commitment to a world-class racing product,” said Jim Lawson, CEO, Woodbine Entertainment. “We work every day to provide our owners, trainers and key stakeholders with the finest of experiences and this new exclusive area reinforces that commitment.

“Our owners and trainers will feel right at home inside the new Finish Line O&T Lounge and our staff is excited to welcome and serve each and every guest starting this week.”

Owners, trainers, assistant trainers and their guests will be able to enjoy an extensive selection of beverages, including a range of local, import and microbrewery beers, a wide variety of wine and spirits, and Woodbine’s own signature cocktails. The food menu includes a variety of sharables and classic offerings, as well as takeout for those on the go.

Free programs, wagering terminals and customer service assistant will be available each race day inside the Finish Line O&T Lounge.

With the weather changing, the apron owners experience is now closed for the season and the Finish Line O&T Lounge is ready to serve beginning today, Thursday October 14.

Owners, trainers and assistant trainers are invited this Saturday (October 16) for a special ribbon-cutting ceremony that will include a champagne toast and food sampling from the newly designed menu.
