The HBPA of Ontario is thrilled to announce that CTV and CTV2 will be the home of a 10-week pilot project “Talkin’ Horses.”
Co-hosts Joe Tilley and Jason Portuondo will give viewers a behind-the-scenes look at Ontario’s thoroughbred racing industry, promote upcoming events and feature interviews with some of the sport’s most interesting, influential and respected personalities.
The two networks, CTV and CTV2, have announced some schedule changes to their upcoming broadcast schedule. They are as follows:

Tilley, Portuondo and the show’s producer, Alex Narvaez, will base the action out of Toronto’s Woodbine Racetrack with frequent side trips to Ontario’s other thoroughbred venue, the picturesque oval at Fort Erie. They will be supported on-air by long time thoroughbred writer and handicapper, Jennifer Morrison, well known Fort Erie commentator, Elissa Blowe and Maddie-Jo Tilley, a Humber College honours journalism graduate.
