The 2019 Sovereign Awards Ceremony was scheduled to take place on the evening of April 16, 2020. The event was originally postponed due to the announcement of the Covid-19 pandemic and was to be rescheduled in its full capacity at a later date.
As a result of the ongoing concerns about COVID-19 and following the Province of Ontario’s State of Emergency regulations, the Board of Stewards unanimously agreed to announce the winners of 45th Annual Sovereign Awards through a virtual presentation no later than May 31, 2020.
The health and safety of our finalists, our guests and their families are of the utmost importance. The development of the virtual presentation ceremony is currently underway. Detailed information, including the date and time, will be announced once they have been confirmed. At that time, we invite everyone to join us in watching the announcement of the 2019 Sovereign Awards Champions.
