The Woodbine Racing Department will offer Online Entries for the 2021 racing season. This web-based application has been successfully rolled out at many US racetracks and we have added it to the suite of services provided to Woodbine through the Interactive Race Office (IRO) application at Incompass Solutions/The Jockey Club.
The Interactive Race Office (IRO) is free to use, and is a great way for Trainers and Assistant Trainers to keep track of horses and daily entries. It’s intuitive and easy to register. Should you need more details, attached is a step-by-step guide on how to walk through each screen.
You can use the IRO from a computer or a smart phone.
Use of the IRO is optional, however, we encourage you to try this tool as it keeps all your stable information in one place, and is simple and efficient. As in previous years the Woodbine Race Office will continue to provide telephone entries.
Due to covid-19, we are not encouraging in-person registration of entries at this time.
Phone/Video Training Seminar
Prior to the opening of the racing season, Incompass Solutions will provide a 30 minute demonstration and Q & A via the Microsoft Teams Application to any horse person wishing to participate by phone or video.
Please notify the Race Office A.S.A.P if you wish to join in on the presentation and a official time and date will be provided at a later date.
