The field is a small one but the top 4 choices seem to have almost an equal chance of winning and the race tactics will be key.

Last season’s leading rider at Fort Erie KRISTA CARIGNAN will ride Frank DiGiulio’s OH CANADA in the Prince of Wales. The quirky fellow, who was on the lead in the Plate with his blinkers on, faded that day and may be better in a sprint. Still, he has shown plenty of ability and the pace could be slow in the 1 3/16 mile Wales.
